• Fundraising - is responsible for proposing and administering fundraising projects, club sponsorships, Swim-A-Thon®, and any other activity that will generating operating income

• Competition - is responsible for management of home swim meets including concessions, ribbons and awards, scorers, timers, announcers, officials, starters, clean-up, and ribbons and awards from away swim meets.

• Recruiting - is responsible for registration, team pictures, team awards, team apparel, and any other issues related to membership

• Spirit - is responsible for the annual team picnic, supporting activities of the Swim-A-Thon®, 4th of July Parade, Back to the Fifties Booth, and any other special events.

• Communication - is responsible for meet articles, publicity, advertising, recruiting for try-out nights, and any other activity that is external to the swim club.
